Step into the engine room of enterprise technology, where every decision you make can shape how a customer’s systems perform today - and scale for tomorrow. You’ll dive deep into complex infrastructure environments, solving challenging technical problems, designing seamless integrations and ensuring systems run reliably at every level. Your expertise across networks, endpoints and mainframes, paired with a knack for logical problem-solving and clear documentation, will guide projects from concept to execution. What you will do

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments, and IT systems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Design, integrate, and support end-to-end infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Automate processes, workflows, and operational tasks to improve efficiency, reliability, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Architects, Project Managers, and technical teams to drive successful project execution and meet customer requirements.
• Assess risks proactively, maintain infrastructure documentation, and ensure operational continuity through best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously expand expertise in cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure, and emerging technologies while pursuing professional certifications and career advancement opportunities.

Required skills and experience

• Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• Enterprise IT application experience
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System

Preferred skills and experience

• Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
• Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
