Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Aircraft Retrofit & Cabin Engineering SME with 10+ years of expertise in Engineering Service Introduction, Aircraft Interior Modifications, Cabin Systems Integration, Retrofit Programs, and Certification Support.

The candidate will lead end-to-end aircraft cabin modification and retrofit activities, supporting commercial aviation customers, OEMs, airlines, and MRO organizations. This role requires strong knowledge of cabin interiors, monuments, passenger service systems, certification requirements, engineering change management, and aircraft modification programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and SME for aircraft retrofit and cabin engineering programs.
• Lead Engineering Service Introduction activities for cabin modification projects.
