Job summary

SheJobs Group is hiring an experienced AIML / GenAI Developer to build advanced RAG pipelines with Agentic AI and multimodal capabilities for processing complex contract documents. The role requires 6+ years in backend/ML development and 1+ year in GenAI/RAG, with strong Python, LangChain, and PDF parsing skills.

Location options include Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kochi, Delhi NCR, Bhubaneswar, and Pune. You will work with open-source models, vector databases, and FastAPI services to enable Q&A,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Backend/ML development experience.
• 1+ year hands-on GenAI / RAG / Agentic Architectures.
• Strong Python programming.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
• Strong knowledge of PDF parsing and document processing.
• Experience with Multimodal Models like GPT-4V, LLaVA.
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases.
• Experience with FastAPI, Redis, PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of Legal/Contract document structure and NLP challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end RAG pipelines for contract documents.
• Develop agentic workflows using AgenticX, LangGraph, or custom orchestration.
• Parse contract PDFs using Unstructured, PyMuPDF, and PDFPlumber.
• Develop multimodal processing solutions for text, images, and tables.
• Work with open-source models such as Mistral, LLaMA 3, and Ollama.
• Implement vector databases such as Milvus, FAISS, and Qdrant.
• Build modular APIs using FastAPI for Q&A, summarization, and document classification.
• Optimize retrieval and generation for long-context and multi-document inputs.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AIML / Generative AI Developer to build advanced RAG pipelines with Agentic AI and Multimodal capabilities for processing complex contract documents, including PDFs containing text, tables, and images. The role involves working with open-source LLMs, agent workflows, vision-language models, vector databases, and document processing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end RAG pipelines – Parse → Chunk → Embed → Retrieve → Generate
• Develop agentic workflows using AgenticX, LangGraph, or custom orchestration
• Parse contract PDFs using Unstructured, PyMuPDF, and PDFPlumber
• Develop multimodal processing solutions for text, images, and tables
• Work with open-source models such as Mistral, LLaMA 3, and Ollama
• Implement vector databases such as Milvus, FAISS, and Qdrant
