Job summary

IQ-EQ in Hyderabad is seeking an Engineer for Digital & AI Solutions to design, develop, and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that create business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital products and adopt emerging technologies.

You will provide technical leadership in AI/ML, NLP, and related areas, ensuring solutions meet security, scalability, and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience delivering AI projects from concept to production.
• Strong technical expertise in AI, machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, cloud computing, big data analytics, web and mobile technologies, and IoT.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, LLMs, transfer learning, and AWS Bedrock.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy digital and AI solutions, including AI/ML systems, LLMs, RAG, NLP applications, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, data scientists, and engineers to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Establish and maintain best practices for software development, QA, security, scalability, and reliability.

Introduction

Join our Digital & AI team as an Engineer, Digital & AI Solutions, where you will design, develop, and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that create business value. You will work with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital products, leverage emerging technologies, and drive continuous innovation across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll design, develop, and deploy digital and AI solutions, including AI/ML systems, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), NLP applications, computer vision systems, predictive analytics, and advanced machine learning models.
• You’ll provide technical leadership to developers, data scientists, and engineers, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements.
• You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify innovation opportunities, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
• You’ll establish and maintain best practices for software development, quality assurance, security, scalability, and reliability, utilizing technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, transfer learning, LLMs, and AWS Bedrock.
• You’ll drive continuous improvement by monitoring solution performance, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and providing technical guidance and thought leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

About you

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and have at least 2 years of experience delivering AI projects from concept to production.
• You possess strong technical expertise in AI, machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, cloud computing, big data analytics, web and mobile technologies, and IoT.
• You are proficient in Python, Java, or C++ and have hands‑on experience with frameworks and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, Keras, LLMs, transfer learning, and AWS Bedrock.
• You demonstrate excellent communication, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• You are a collaborative team player with strong leadership capabilities and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; relevant certifications (AWS, Azure AI, etc.) and exposure to global teams, financial services, or private equity environments are advantageous.
