Job summary

IQRA Digital Solutions in Navi Mumbai is seeking an AI Video Editor to produce high-quality short-form content for performance marketing, social media, and company campaigns. You will transform scripts into engaging visuals using AI-generated footage and traditional editing workflows.

The role demands mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, a strong sense of hooks and storytelling, and the ability to adapt assets for Meta, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of video editing, social media content creation, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (Runway, Synthesia, CapCut AI, etc.).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; Envato Elements familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create ~2–3 high-quality 30-second videos daily from scripts and briefs.
• Edit AI-generated footage with motion graphics and visual effects.
• Produce short-form content for Meta, Instagram, YouTube Shorts.

Job Description

As an AI Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality short-form video content for performance marketing, social media, and IQRA's own marketing initiatives. You will work from scripts and creative briefs to produce approximately 3 videos of 30 seconds each per day, using AI video generation tools along with professional video editing software. The role requires a strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, visual retention, CTR, advertising psychology, and social media content formats. You will also be responsible for maintaining character and visual consistency across AI-generated videos and creating marketing collateral using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Tasks & Activities

• Convert marketing scripts into compelling visual stories using AI-generated footage, stock assets, voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
• Produce approximately 2–3 high-quality 30-second videos every working day based on approved scripts and creative briefs.
• Create short-form video content for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Use Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animations, transitions, text effects, compositing, and other visual enhancements.
• Customize and edit Envato templates and other pre-built creative assets to create professional marketing collateral.
• Create multiple video variations with different opening hooks, visual approaches, and ending CTAs to improve campaign performance.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, messaging, and overall visual identity.
• Add subtitles, captions, voiceovers, background music, sound effects, transitions, animations, and branding elements.
• Maintain character consistency, visual continuity, styling, and storytelling across multiple AI-generated scenes.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop videos aligned with campaign objectives.
• Optimize video creatives based on viewer retention, CTR, engagement, and overall campaign performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, social media content creation, advertising creatives, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation and editing tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, Veo, CapCut AI, Synthesia, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including motion graphics and editing/customizing templates.
• Experience working with Envato Elements or similar template libraries will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of hooks, viewer retention, CTR, CTAs, and performance marketing creatives.
• Ability to translate scripts and creative briefs into visually engaging short-form videos.
• Ability to maintain character consistency, visual continuity, styling, and storytelling in AI-generated videos.
