Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai is seeking a Validation Engineer with 8-12 years of AI/ML validation experience.

The role focuses on leading validation across hardware and software platforms, and delivering robust testing strategies for end-to-end AI pipelines. You will validate model conversion, inference, runtimes, compilers, kernels, and accuracy while working with ROCm/HIP, CUDA, OpenCL, ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, and OpenVINO.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML validation or related field.
• Experience validating AI pipelines across hardware and software stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML validation across multiple hardware and software platforms.
• Develop and execute validation plans, test strategies, regression, stress, scalability, and performance testing.
• Validate end-to-end AI pipelines including model conversion, inference, runtimes, compilers, kernels, and accuracy.
• Validate ROCm/HIP, CUDA, OpenCL, ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, and OpenVINO.
• Work with PyTorch and TensorFlow frameworks.
• Perform AI benchmarking, profiling, and performance optimization for training and inference workloads.
• Analyze compute, memory, latency, throughput and resource utilization bottlenecks.
• Validate workloads across FP32, FP16, and INT8 precision modes.
• Develop Python-based automation for test execution, benchmarking, profiling, result analysis and reporting.
• Manage defect lifecycle including defect reporting, triage, root-cause analysis and closure.
• Collaborate with architecture, compiler, runtime, driver and hardware teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Communicate validation results, performance risks and quality metrics to stakeholders.
