Outlier invites Gujarati language experts to help train AI by reading Gujarati text, ranking AI responses, and writing short stories on given topics, all from a remote India setup.

The role is freelance with weekly payments via PayPal or Airtm, and a flexible baseline of 5–10 hrs/week that can scale to 40 hrs.

Ideal qualifications include professional translation experience and current or ongoing humanities/creative writing studies; compensation includes up to $7.50 per hour plus incentives.
