You will work with Advisory teams to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, mentor juniors, and ensure AI testing aligns with quality standards while improving operational efficiency for clients.

As an AI Testing Specialist - Senior Associate, you will focus on testing and quality assurance activities related to Automation QA applications, a software suite designed for insurance companies to manage policy administration, claims, and billing. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and guide others through complex situations. You will use your problem-solving abilities to navigate ambiguity and deliver quality work, while also mentoring junior team members. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will confirm that Automation QA applications meet desired quality standards and perform as expected, contributing to the optimization of operational efficiency for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in software AI testing to optimize application functionality
• Analyzing test results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvements
• Maintaining documentation of testing processes and outcomes for future reference
• Replicates AI-assisted testing playbook from the Systematics wave for the DNA conversion cycle. Executes AI-generated test scenarios for DNA-specific banking flows, validates outputs, and contributes to the test automation library.
