Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Test Automation Lead / QEAI Lead to work onsite five days a week. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of overall experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML and GenAI frameworks.

Key responsibilities include architecting scalable systems in Python and implementing RAG pipelines. Strong foundational skills in software quality engineering concepts and CI/CD practices are essential. Candidates must be well-versed in debugging and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years overall experience, at least 5 years in AI/ML and GenAI.
• Proficient in Python (FastAPI, Flask, async programming).
• Experience with AI/ML pipelines and data preprocessing.

Job description

Customer: Fiserv – Alpharetta, GA (Onsite 5 days a week). Job Title: Test Automation Lead / QEAI Lead (as per SoW).

Experience & Qualifications

• 8–10 years overall experience (minimum 5 years in AI/ML and GenAI)
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, async programming, RESTful APIs)
• Proven experience in AI/ML pipelines – data preprocessing, model training, fine‑tuning, and deployment (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn)
• Hands‑on with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Neo4j, Bedrock, etc.)
• Hands‑on experience implementing RAG pipelines – Knowledge Management with vector databases, embeddings, and Graphs
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering, optimisation, and fine‑tuning
• Familiarity with Graph databases (Neo4j) or agent‑based architectures
• Architect and code in Python for scalable, reusable, high‑performing systems
• Strong grounding in software quality engineering concepts and automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud (AWS) deployment
• Excellent debugging, performance optimisation, and solutioning skills

Nice‑to‑have

• Experience with Playwright/Selenium‑based test automation frameworks
• Prior experience in product development
