Job summary

Godrej Infotech Ltd, Mumbai, seeks an AI Technical Specialist with 8+ years of experience to design and build an Agentic AI Automation Platform using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and LangGraph. You will architect multi-agent orchestration, craft reusable platform components, and enforce deterministic, validated outputs.

You will integrate real-time and asynchronous APIs, manage backend services (DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito), and support frontend with React

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in CS/Data Science/AI.
• 8+ years of experience building production systems on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI applications using LangGraph or equivalent.
• Experience designing reusable platforms/frameworks, not single-use implementations.
• Proven ability to implement deterministic workflows with policy enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Design and build a foundational Agentic AI Automation Platform using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and LangGraph.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration patterns across business domains.
• Create reusable platform components and structured output patterns.
• Implement deterministic agent workflows with validation using Pydantic v2, JSON Schema.
• Integrate external APIs for real-time and asynchronous interactions.
• Build and manage backend services (DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito).
• Support frontend using React 18 + AWS Amplify where required.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code with AWS CDK (Python) or Terraform.
• Ensure security, auditability, cost-optimization, production readiness.
• Create internal developer docs and contribute to knowledge base.
• Collaborate with teams to translate processes into scalable agentic workflows.

Job Description:

• Design and build a foundational Agentic AI Automation Platform using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and LangGraph.
• Develop multi-agent orchestration patterns that are extensible across business domains.
• Create reusable platform components including: Shared Policy Engine (Cedar or equivalent) o Agent templates and Pydantic-based structured output patterns o Reusable tool/action groups for email services, ERP integrations, verification APIs, risk scoring, etc.
• Implement deterministic agent workflows with strict output validation using Pydantic v2, JSON Schema, and structured outputs.
• Integrate multiple external APIs supporting both real-time and asynchronous agent interactions.
• Build and manage backend services including: DynamoDB (multi-process schemas) o S3 for document storage o Step Functions for orchestration o Event Bridge for scheduling and triggers o API Gateway, Lambda, Cognito
• Support frontend frameworks using React 18 + AWS Amplify where required.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK (Python preferred) or Terraform.
• Ensure solutions are secure, auditable, cost-optimized, and production-grade.
• Create internal developer documentation and contribute to a shared platform knowledge base.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business processes into scalable agentic workflows.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION

Essential: Engineering Graduate in CS/Data Science/AI

Preferred: Masters Degree (MTech,MCA,MS) in CS/Data Science/AI

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5+ years of experience building production systems on AWS.
• Strong hands-on experience building agentic AI applications using LangGraph (preferred) or equivalent frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, or Bedrock Agents in production.
• Proven experience in designing reusable platforms or frameworks, not just single-use implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise in:
• a. Deterministic workflows o Memory management
• b. Policy enforcement
• c. Structured and validated outputs
• Experience integrating multiple external APIs.
