Domyn is seeking an AI Technical Program Manager to drive execution of AI initiatives across the organization. You will manage end-to-end AI/ML projects, coordinate with researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role focuses on program management, with exposure to product thinking, Agile practices, and governance of AI delivery. Strong communication and prioritization skills are essential; fluency in English is required.

Job description

We are looking for an AI Technical Program Manager to drive the execution and delivery of AI initiatives across the organization. This role is focused on ensuring that AI projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and aligned with business priorities.

You will work closely with AI researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders to manage execution, track progress, and remove blockers. While exposure to product thinking is beneficial, the primary focus of this role is program management, execution discipline, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Program Execution & Delivery: ownership of AI/ML projects end-to-end execution, management of JIRA boards, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactive identification of risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Project Planning & Coordination: breakdown of initiatives into clear execution plans, coordination across Data Science, ML Engineering, and business teams, and ensuring alignment and smooth handoffs.
• Stakeholder Management: acting as a central coordination point between teams, providing regular updates on status, risks, and progress, and driving accountability across stakeholders.
• Process & Delivery Excellence: establishment of Agile best practices, improvement of delivery efficiency and predictability, standardization of workflows for AI/ML delivery, and ensuring documentation maintenance.
• Basic AI/ML Understanding: comprehension of ML, Generative AI, and model lifecycle concepts, and effective collaboration with technical teams without building models.
• Strategic Alignment: support of prioritization discussions, understanding of business context behind AI initiatives, and contribution to improving outcomes.

What You Have

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management/Project Management/ Delivery roles
• Strong experience with JIRA, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), sprint management
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and dependencies
• Strong execution and delivery mindset
• Proactivity in resolving blockers
• Focus on timely and predictable delivery
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
