Job summary

KUKU FM in India is seeking an AI Voice & Sound Design Specialist to join our AI Production team. The role focuses on creating high-quality AI-generated content using ElevenLabs and a range of advanced AI tools, paired with traditional sound design, audio mixing, and creative problem-solving.

You will design end-to-end workflows, synchronize voices with video, and collaborate with writers and editors to deliver polished content that meets top quality standards.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Voice & Sound Design Specialist to join our AI Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality AI-generated content using ElevenLabs and a range of advanced AI tools. Beyond voice generation, you will design and optimize end-to-end AI voice production workflows, in combination with regular sound design, audio mixing, and creative problem-solving to deliver polished, production-ready content that meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate natural AI voiceovers and multilingual dubbing using ElevenLabs and similar platforms.
• Build efficient AI workflows by combining voice generation, translation, transcription, lip-sync, audio enhancement, and editing tools.
• Edit, clean, mix, master, and enhance audio to broadcast quality.
• Design immersive soundscapes using music, ambience, and sound effects.
• Synchronize AI voices with video and ensure natural pacing and emotion.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and creative teams throughout production.

Skills & Qualifications

Core Requirements

• AI Voice Generation: Hands-on experience with ElevenLabs and other AI voice generation platforms.
• Audio Production: Strong skills in sound design, audio editing, mixing, and mastering.
• DAW Proficiency: Experience with digital audio workstations such as Adobe Audition, Reaper, Pro Tools, or similar.
• AI Tool Integration: Familiarity with AI tools for translation, lip-sync, transcription, and audio restoration.
• Creative Judgment: Excellent attention to detail and ability to make strong creative decisions.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google AI Studio, Flow, HeyGen, Runway, Descript, or similar AI tools.
• Background in advertising, digital media, YouTube, or social media content production.
• Portfolio showcasing AI dubbing and sound design projects.
