Job summary

Company 101 - AI Pipeline is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer / AI Practitioner to build and productionise the AI pipeline behind Company 101, turning expert interview transcripts and public data into standardised, source-attributed company primers.

You will ingest transcripts, perform extraction with LLMs, enrich with source tagging, and render branded PDF outputs. The role emphasizes hands-on development of AI agents, prompts, and production workflows, collaborating with business teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and workflows.
• Experience with retrieval over document corpora (RAG).
• Proficient Python and API development.
• Ability to turn use cases into production-ready AI solutions.
• Experience templating HTML to PDF documents.

Responsibilities

• Ingest transcripts and extract into structured Company 101 template.
• Enrich public data with source tagging (public vs. expert vs. directional).
• Render branded PDF outputs automatically.
• Develop QA and compliance guardrails (e.g. MNPI).
• Scale pilot into production with monitoring and cost optimization.
• Build reusable prompts and AI workflows for Finance and business processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to implement production-ready AI solutions.

AI Solutions Engineer / AI Practitioner

Build and productionise the AI pipeline behind Company 101, turning expert interview transcripts and public data into standardised, source-attributed company primers.

Key Workstreams Include

• Transcript ingestion and LLM-based extraction/synthesis into a structured Company 101 template
• Public-data enrichment with clear source tagging (public vs. expert vs. directional claims)
• Automated rendering into branded PDF output
• Evaluation and QA framework, including accuracy, hallucination checks and compliance guardrails (e.g. avoiding MNPI)
• Hardening the pilot into a production solution, including throughput, cost optimisation and monitoring

AI Enablement - Finance & Business Workflows

• Build, test and iterate reusable prompts and AI workflows, initially focused on Finance:
• Reconciliation queries and exception summaries
• FP&A variance commentary
• Board-pack narrative drafts
• Month-end close checklist summaries

The Capability Would Subsequently Expand To Other Functions, Including

• Commercial: pitch preparation, account research, proposal drafting, competitive positioning
• Marketing: campaign briefs, content drafts, brand-consistent collateral
• Editorial: quality checks, taxonomy tagging, structured summaries
• People Operations: job descriptions, policy summaries, onboarding guides
• Compliance: policy drafting, regulatory change summaries, breach-notification templates

Technical Profile

We are looking for hands-on AI practitioners who can build and deploy solutions, rather than project managers or strategy consultants.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude, including Claude for enterprise/business use cases
• Experience building and deploying production AI agents and agentic workflowsStrong prompt and context engineering capabilities
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool-use patterns is highly desirable
• Experience with RAG/retrieval over document corpora
• Strong Python and API development capabilities
• Experience building LLM evaluation frameworks and integrating LLMs into live enterprise workflows
• Experience with document generation/templating, e.g. HTML-to-PDF

Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce or HubSpot
• Experience working with Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR or other corporate functions
• Experience taking AI solutions from prototype/pilot through to production at scale

What We Are Not Looking For

This is not primarily a data engineering, project management or strategy consulting role. The resources need to be hands-on individual contributors who can write, build, test, iterate and deploy AI Agents and solutions. We are looking for people who can work directly with business teams and turn use cases into functioning, production-ready solutions rather than primarily producing presentations or managing vendors.
