Job Title: AI Solutions Developer – Full Stack

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled AI Developer with 2–4 years of experience to help us design, develop, and deploy intelligent software solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with AI engines and algorithms, strong coding skills in Python and PHP, and the ability to contribute across the full technology stack. You’ll be a key part of a fast-paced team building innovative, AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI-driven features and services for real-world applications.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend systems using Python and PHP.
• Use prompt engineering techniques to develop, refine, and evaluate inputs for large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI’s GPT or similar.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate AI models into user-facing applications.
• Work with machine learning libraries and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Fine-tune and deploy AI/ML models, ensuring performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable code for full-stack applications. Design full-stack solutions (frontend + backend + database) with AI capabilities.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate product requirements into technical solutions.
• Support the entire software development lifecycle – from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and data scientists.
• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML and generative AI developments, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software development, with exposure to AI-based products, prompt engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks.
• Proficiency in PHP, including experience with common frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony), version control systems like Git.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and working with MySQL/ No-SQL.
• Basic understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring in production.
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• Familiarity with agile development processes.
