Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10–16 years of experience with AI/solutions architecture.
• Strong exposure to the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem.
• ERP/SAP experience preferred; manufacturing or supply chain analytics are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build AI models and automation workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem to analyze data across CRM, sales, pricing, and opportunities.
• Develop lead scoring, prioritization, predictive insights, and pricing intelligence models.
• Create dashboards for real-time commercial visibility for leadership.
• Align AI outputs with revenue targets; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Overview/ job purpose/ about the company:

We are seeking a commercially driven AI Solutions Architect to design and implement AI-powered solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI, etc.) to generate actionable insights for the commercial organization. This role will integrate data across customer communications, CRM pipelines, sales activities, and pricing inputs to enable data-driven decisions on customer prioritization, product focus, opportunity pipeline acceleration, intelligent pricing, and target-based commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build AI models and automation workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem to analyze customer communications, CRM data, opportunity pipelines, product performance trends, and win probabilities.
• Develop intelligent lead scoring, customer prioritization, predictive insights, and pricing intelligence models.
• Ensure seamless data flow for real-time commercial visibility and develop dashboards for leadership.
• Create AI insights to support high-probability deal identification, strategic account focus, cross-sell and upsell, and pricing optimization.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align AI outputs with revenue targets.
• Translate commercial strategy into AI-enabled workflows and support cross-functional integration across Finance, Operations, and HR.
• Drive best practices in data governance, AI usage, and system interoperability.
• Define AI solution architecture, analytics approaches, technology stack, MLOps strategy, deployment, and release cycles.
• Support business case development, AI investment decisions, KPI definition, scalability, data governance, privacy, and compliance alignment.
• AI/ML model development and deployment.
• Data modelling, data integration frameworks, and automation.
• MLOps and enterprise-scale AI deployment.
• Solution architecture and system interoperability.
• Commercial analytics and sales pipeline optimization.
• Data governance, privacy, and compliance.
• SAP/ERP experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, or operations analytics experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
