Role Description

AI Solution Architect will lead the technical solutioning of strategic deals in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role is designed for seasoned professionals with 15+ years of experience in solution architecture with AI, who possess deep domain expertise and a proven track record of architecting complex, high-value solutions. The architect will work closely with client Enterprise Architecture (EA) teams, translating business requirements into innovative, scalable, and compliant technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Architecture: Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions for large-scale transformation programs in BFSI, including core system modernization, digital onboarding, customer experience, payments, claims, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
• Engagement: Collaborate with sales and bid teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses. Provide technical leadership throughout the deal lifecycle, including solution workshops, estimations, and client presentations.
• Client Collaboration: Engage directly with client EA teams to understand business and technical requirements, co-create solution roadmaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
• Technology Integration: Stay current with emerging technologies (cloud, AI/ML, microservices, DevOps, security) and integrate them into BFSI solution strategies.
• Risk Compliance: Ensure technical integrity, risk mitigation, and compliance with BFSI industry regulations (e.g., RBI, IRDAI, GDPR) and security standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Articulate solution value and technical concepts to senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and business heads, with clarity and confidence.
