Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Solution Architect with expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI (GenAI), and Deep Learning (DL). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the AI practice resources within our IT service company. This position involves client-facing responsibilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on business development through crafting and presenting new proposals for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:
   Provide strategic leadership in the design and implementation of AI solutions, with a focus on ML, NLP, GenAI, and DL technologies.
   Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the AI practice remains at the forefront of innovation.
2. Resource Management:
   Effectively manage and mentor a team of AI professionals, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
   Oversee the development and execution of projects, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Client-Facing Role:
   Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and translating requirements into effective AI solutions.
   Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for AI integration, providing expert guidance and building strong, long-term relationships.
4. Business Development:
   Lead the creation of proposals for new clients, working closely with the sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and tailor solutions.
   Participate in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our AI solutions.
5. Innovation and Research:
   Drive innovation within the AI practice by researching and experimenting with new technologies, methodologies, and tools.
   Contribute to the development of intellectual property, thought leadership, and whitepapers.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with deploying AI models into production environments.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards related to AI.
• Telecom domain knowledge is good to have.
