Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. This remote contract position seeks an AI Safety Expert fluent in English and Assamese to test and strengthen AI systems.

You will generate high-quality data, identify vulnerabilities, and document actionable insights for clients.

Formación

• Native fluency in English and Assamese.
• Strong judgment about language and content accuracy.

• Experience in Adversarial ML: jailbreak datasets, prompt injection, RLHF/DPO attacks.
• Creative probing skills: psychology, acting, writing for unconventional adversarial thinking.

Responsabilidades

Position: AI Safety Experts — English & Assamese

Type: Contract

Compensation: $16–$22/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Red team conversational AI models and agents. Focus on jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, and bias exploitation.
• Generate high-quality human data. Annotate failures, classify vulnerabilities, and flag systemic risks.

• Knowledge of socio-technical risk: harassment/disinfo probing, abuse analysis.
• Creative probing skills: psychology, acting, writing for unconventional adversarial thinking.
