Job summary

AIUrja is seeking a passionate AI Research Scientist to push the boundaries of machine learning and generative AI. You will research, design, and prototype advanced models and architectures, and collaborate with product teams to translate research into real-world applications.

Ideal candidates have strong AI/ML fundamentals, hands-on Python experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face, and a track record in NLP, computer vision, or generative models.

Qualifications

• Strong background in AI/ML, deep learning, or data science.
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or generative models (GANs, transformers, LLMs).
• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Provide expert guidance on developing an AI strategy
