Zusammenfassung

Maneva Consulting seeks an AI Research Scientist to lead end-to-end research and development across language, vision, and multimodal AI systems. You will implement and adapt cutting-edge papers, optimize models, and collaborate with product teams to drive impactful solutions.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of experience, a strong foundation in Python and major ML frameworks, and hands-on work with LLMs and vision models. Immediate joiner preferred, PAN India operations.

Qualifikationen

• Ph.D. or Masters in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and customizing AI research papers from arXiv, NeurIPS, ICML.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs): GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon.
• Experience with Vision Models: ViT, SAM, CLIP.
• Experience with Generative Models: Stable Diffusion, DALL•E, GANs.
• Experience with Multimodal Systems combining vision, language, and audio.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX.
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, Diffusers, OpenAI Gym.
• Experience with Weights & Biases, MLflow, Tensor Board.
• Experience with Distributed training: DeepSpeed, FSDP, Horovod.
• Knowledge of Model optimization: quantization, pruning, distillation.
• Experience with Data tools: DVC, Apache Arrow, Label Studio.
• Strong understanding of evaluation metrics, benchmarking, and reproducibility.

Aufgaben

• Research and implement AI models inspired by leading papers and adapt them to practical use.
• Tune, evaluate, and optimize models across languages, vision, and multimodal tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy experiments and share results.
• Maintain reproducible experiments with robust benchmarking and clear documentation.
