This role will be part of the Digital function and is responsible for the industrialization of AI platforms, creating a robust, automated, and resilient ecosystem for our AI services. The successful candidate shall establish team goals by evaluating, identifying & understanding the business strategy and technical trends as well. He/she shall accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, coaching and leading the team in the right direction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Post Graduate with overall 15+ years of experience, 3+ years in Technical Project/Product Management in AI, Analytics, Automation & Software Engineering.
• Proficiency in Product Management, Project Management, and driving improvement processes.
• Proven track record of managing direct reports and leading high-stakes cross‑functional teams.
• Significant experience dedicated to AI/ML-powered products, with a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, models, and development cycles.
• In‑depth knowledge and practical experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (S3, EC2, SageMaker, etc.) and GCP (Vertex, Gemini LLM etc.).
• Understanding the ethical considerations of AI, including fairness, accountability, transparency (XAI - Explainable AI), privacy, and security.
• Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance standards for AI products.
• Ability to work and communicate in a multicultural environment.
• Risk‑based approach, creative and innovative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present them to stakeholders management.
• Team Player and collaborative mind‑set.
• Past experience in Team Management.
• Knowledge of French is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold the full responsibility to lead AI teams in the right direction to achieve success.
• Define the product strategy, give the objectives & design the roadmap.
• Strong passion for technology, modern platform mind-set and solving customer problems.
• Guide and support the selection of the appropriate technologies and/or methodologies.
• Make recommendations for buy versus build decisions.
• Manage resource capabilities and assignment (Airbus India internal resources and in situ Supplier).
• Drive the update of the learning framework based on the known technology.
• Advise on specific topics related to the technology and/or methodology.
• Monitor technology and/or methodology trends and support the teams to apply these within the Airbus Environment.
