KreditBee is hiring AI Platform Engineers to join Bengaluru on-site teams across two tracks: Software/Platform and ML/Applied‑AI. Candidates apply once and are placed on the track that best fits their depth and experience; as the platform grows, movement between tracks is possible.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, building reliable distributed systems, model serving, evaluation, retrieval, and governance with strong data privacy and auditability requirements.

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping software in production.

• LLMOps tooling, vector databases and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ownership: design, build, ship, monitor, on-call for platforms.
• Build reliable distributed systems including model serving and orchestration.
• Improve observability, latency, cost, and auditability in production systems.
• Work across two tracks and move between tracks as the platform grows.

What ties both tracks together?

End-to-end ownership: design build ship monitor on-call. We care about clean, well-tested code and treat reliability, latency, cost, and observability as first-class requirements. And because we're building in a regulated environment, data privacy, access controls, and auditability are part of the job not an afterthought.
