Experience required

• 5+ years building and shipping production software as an engineer who owns code end-to-end.
• 2+ years working with LLM-based or generative AI systems in production, with real evaluation rigor, not notebook prototypes.
• Solid Python (3+ years hands-on) and functional depth in modern AI frameworks: LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented or grounded systems.
• Proficient SQL and 3+ years wrangling large, messy operational datasets into something credibility.
• Demonstrated experience building observability: monitoring, dashboards, and telemetry pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Elasticsearch, Kibana).
• Cloud-native, enterprise-integration experience, comfortable integrating REST/OData APIs in a real enterprise landscape.

Nice to have

• SAP BTP experience.
• Domain exposure to CPQ, quoting, pricing, or sales/revenue processes.
