Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced AI Orchestration Solution Architect to design, build, and scale intelligent AI workflows across enterprise functions in India. You will orchestrate LLMs, AI agents, ML models, rule engines, APIs, and enterprise apps to enable autonomous and human-in-the-loop processes.

Lead PoCs and scale implementations across Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, while ensuring governance, model deployment, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing AI orchestration frameworks and LLM-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG patterns, tool integrations, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience designing AI copilots and autonomous agent architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-step AI workflows integrating LLMs, ML models, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Define architectures for AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent solutions.
• Build scalable orchestration patterns and reusable frameworks.
• Drive AI-enabled process automation across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service.
• Implement human-in-the-loop and autonomous workflow models.
• Develop solutions using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Studio, OpenAI APIs, and similar platforms.
• Create reusable templates, accelerators, and reference architectures.
• Manage the AI lifecycle, including model selection, prompt engineering, inference, feedback, monitoring, governance, and optimization.
• Lead PoCs, pilots, and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to align solutions with business goals.

Role Summary

Required Skills & Qualifications

AI & Orchestration

• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks and LLM-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG/retrieval patterns, tool integrations, workflow management, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience designing AI copilots and autonomous agent architectures.

Architecture & Platforms

• Proven ability to design scalable, distributed AI solutions.
• Knowledge of workflow engines, orchestration platforms, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical architectures.

Intelligent Automation

• Experience with BPM, RPA, and intelligent automation.
• Knowledge of process optimization; process mining experience is a plus.

Cloud & Enterprise Systems

• Experience with Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, model deployment, and MLOps.
• Understanding of SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar enterprise applications is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and business process understanding.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Generative AI, or Enterprise Architecture preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise AI transformation initiatives.
