About the internship
We are looking for proactive, digitally curious interns to help drive our AI-powered work across software and website upgrades, internal systems, digital newsrooms, video editing, social media content, performance marketing, and business operations.
Approximately 60-70% of your work will involve AI and digital projects, while 30-40% will involve event management and coordination. You will gain practical experience by working on live projects and participating in training and certification programmes alongside our wider team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- 1. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to support research, content creation, reporting, and everyday business tasks. Develop and improve reusable prompts and workflows.
- 2. Assist with software and website upgrades, including webpages, forms, dashboards, and internal tools, using AI-assisted tools under guidance.
- 3. Test website and software changes on mobile and desktop, document bugs or usability issues, and follow up on improvements.
- 4. Support our digital newsrooms through topic research, source verification, AI-assisted drafting, editing, and publishing approved content.
- 5. Create and edit AI-powered videos, reels, event promotions, and newsroom content, including captions, subtitles, and visual assets. Use AI tools to develop social media posts and content calendars for our brands and events.
- 6. Support performance marketing campaigns through advertising copy, creative variations, campaign coordination, reporting, and analysis of leads, conversions, and advertising costs under guidance.
- 7. Maintain spreadsheets, databases, project trackers, and documentation, and help automate repetitive tasks.
- 8. List upcoming events on platforms such as AllEvents, BookMyShow, and District, and maintain accurate event calendars and listing details.
- 9. Update ticket sales and attendee registrations, handle attendee calls and messages, and coordinate with volunteers, moderators, and speakers.
- 10. Support event communications, basic Canva content, and on-ground conference operations, with opportunities to accompany the founders to selected multi-city events.

Other Requirements:
- 1. Comfortable using AI tools and interested in learning new digital workflows.
- 2. Good written and spoken English, attention to detail, and organised working habits.
- 3. Able to check AI-generated information and follow tasks through to completion.
- 4. Available for a full-time, in-office internship in Malad West, Mumbai, for six months.
- 5. Familiarity with spreadsheets, no-code tools, website management, or basic coding would be an advantage.

- Stipend Structure:
- Fixed pay: ₹ 6,000 - 8,000 /month
- Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 - 1,500 /month
