Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI/ML Trainer to join our on-site training team in Jabalpur. The Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The role involves classroom teaching, hands‑on lab sessions, mentoring students, evaluating performance, and guiding learners through real‑world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training modules in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Conduct interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and hands‑on lab activities
• Develop and update course curriculum, presentations, assignments, and project materials
• Guide students through real‑world AI/ML projects and practical implementations
• Assess learner performance through quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations
• Provide mentorship, doubt resolution, and career guidance to students
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and industry practices
• Collaborate with internal trainers and academic teams to enhance course quality
• Participate in curriculum reviews, bootcamps, and training events

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications in AI/ML or Data Science are an added advantage

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals (Supervised & Unsupervised Learning)
• Knowledge of Deep Learning basics (Neural Networks, CNNs, RNNs)
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
• Hands‑on experience with:
• NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib
