Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai is seeking an experienced AI/ML Support professional to troubleshoot models, pipelines, and production systems. You will assist customers with environment setup, deployment, and configuration, while monitoring performance and addressing incidents.

The role requires strong Python/SQL skills, hands-on ML knowledge, and familiarity with GCP Vertex AI, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML Support, Technical Support, Cloud Support, or MLOps environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and AI/ML concepts.
• Experience working with GCP services including Vertex AI, Compute Engine, Storage, and IAM.
• Good understanding of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, Docker, Kubernetes, GPU/TPU environments, and REST APIs.
• Ability to analyze logs, perform root cause analysis, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience supporting AI/ML applications, Conversational AI, or Generative AI solutions.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 24x7 support environment with rotational shifts.
• Cloud certifications in GCP will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
