Job summary

CSM Technologies is seeking a hands-on AI engineer to design and develop applications with Generative AI models such as GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude and diffusion models. You will fine-tune and customize pre-trained models to client needs and build scalable pipelines for training, evaluation and inference.

You will implement prompt engineering with LangChain and LLamaIndex, work with vector databases like FAISS and Milvus, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver end-to-end

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing GenAI-based applications.
• Ability to fine-tune and customize pre-trained models.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and rapid app development.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LLamaIndex, and similar frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases like FAISS, Milvus.
• Proficiency in ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM).
• Ability to integrate GenAI into web/mobile apps and workflows.
• Strong scripting with Pandas, NumPy, requests, and Streamlit.
• Experience in LP/MILP modeling (PuLP, OR-Tools, SciPy).
• Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork and documentation.

• Fine-tune and customize pre-trained LLMs or vision-language models to meet specific domain or client needs.
• Build prompt engineering strategies and use LangChain, LLamaIndex, or similar frameworks for rapid application development.
• Use vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Milvus) for memory and context handling.
• Build scalable, secure, and efficient pipelines for model training, inference, and evaluation.
• Build and train ML models using libraries like scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into web/mobile applications and enterprise workflows.
• Utilize tools such as pandas, openpyxl, requests, NumPy, and streamlit for rapid app development and reporting.
• Develop LP/MILP models using PuLP, Google OR-Tools, or SciPy.optimize to solve logistics, scheduling, or planning problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and backend/frontend engineers to build and deploy end-to-end solutions.
• Conduct research on emerging GenAI trends and assess model performance using relevant metrics.
• Maintain documentation and best practices for model usage, deployment, and performance tracking.
• Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI, including bias detection and mitigation.
