Job summary

AiVantage is seeking a candidate with strong fundamentals in AI/ML and hands-on exposure to large language models. The role focuses on evaluating and experimenting with AI/LLM systems, with emphasis on generative AI, prompt engineering, and modern NLP techniques.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases, and will apply analytical problem-solving to optimize model performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.
• Good understanding of LLMs and Generative AI.
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
• Understanding of NLP and Transformer architecture.
• Exposure to LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama, etc.
• Ability to experiment with and evaluate AI/LLM models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
