Job summary

Systango Technologies Limited is seeking a passionate GenAI Engineer with 4 to 8 years of software development experience to build production-grade AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI Agent frameworks. You will design and implement scalable GenAI solutions that align with enterprise needs.

Responsibilities include creating API backends with Python/FastAPI, integrating AI into enterprise systems, optimizing performance and cost, and deploying on cloud platforms across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of software development experience with Python.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate GenAI Engineer with 4 to 8 years of software development experience and strong hands‑on expertise in building production‑grade AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI Agent frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI applications using commercial and open-source LLMs.
• Build scalable RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.
• Develop APIs and backend services using Python/FastAPI.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and databases.
• Optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of software engineering experience with Python.
• Hands‑on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar LLMs.
• Strong expertise in RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, pgvector).
• Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Pydantic AI, or Gemini ADK.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, and structured outputs.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.

Good to Have

• Fine‑tuning experience (LoRA, QLoRA, Hugging Face).
• AI evaluation and observability tools like LangSmith, RAGAS, DeepEval, or TruLens.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
