Key Responsibilities

AI / ML Development:

• Design and buildAI-powered applications using transformer-based Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and optimizeRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelinesfor context-awareAIsystems.
• Implementprompt engineering techniquesto improve LLM accuracy and performance.
• Apply techniques toreduce hallucinations and improve model reliability.

LLM Engineering:

• Build end-to-endLLM pipelines using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Integratevector databases for semantic search and contextual retrieval.
• DevelopAIworkflows involvingmultiple model interactions and tool integrations.
• Contribute to improvingLLM evaluation and monitoring frameworks.

Backend & Platform Development:

• Develop scalablePython-based backend servicesforAIapplications.
• Design and implementREST APIsforAI-driven systems.
• Build systems usingmicroservices architecture and distributed systems principles.

Data Infrastructure & Scalability:

• Implement scalable pipelines usingRedis, message queues (Pub/Sub or Kafka), and caching mechanisms.
• Architect backend systems capable of handlinglarge-scale user traffic andAIworkloads.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.

Cloud & Deployment:

• Deploy and manageAIsystems onGoogle Cloud Platform (preferred)orAWS/Azure.
• Work with cloud-native infrastructure formodel deployment, scaling, and monitoring.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate withproduct managers, data scientists, and engineering teamsto translate business requirements intoAIsolutions.
• Participate inarchitecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Continuously explore and adoptlatest advancements inAIand GenerativeAItechnologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
