Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of ML/AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills and OOP.
• Hands-on PyTorch and/or TensorFlow experience.
• Familiar with classical ML and DL architectures.
• Experience with model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML.

Responsibilities

Companies here are looking for ML engineers with strong fundamentals, hands‑on model development experience, and the ability to take models from research to real‑world systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models for classification, detection, and prediction tasks
• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, fine‑tuning, and evaluation
• Optimise models for production: quantization, ONNX export, and inference efficiency
• Develop and expose model serving APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate ML into live systems
• Monitor model performance in production and iterate based on real‑world feedback
• Stay current with research and evaluate new architectures and techniques

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–6 years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python; solid grasp of OOP and software design
• Hands‑on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Familiarity with classical ML algorithms and deep learning architectures
• Experience with model evaluation, cross‑validation, and hyperparameter tuning
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment
• Experience with computer vision or NLP pipelines is a plus
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
