Job summary

Arna Softech seeks an AI/ML Engineer with strong Generative AI expertise to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models across NLP, CV, and predictive tasks. You will work with cross-functional teams to bring AI-driven applications into production using cloud platforms and containerized environments.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of hands-on AI/ML experience, deep knowledge of LLMs and fine-tuning, and a solid foundation in Python and major ML libraries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 3–6 years of AI/ML development experience with Generative AI.
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
• Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, Llama, etc.) and fine-tuning pre-trained models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models focusing on Generative AI.
• Train and fine-tune models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Develop NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Modeling applications.
• Work with large-scale datasets: preprocess, clean, annotate data.
• Deploy AI models into production using AWS, Azure, GCP; containerize with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Research emerging AI trends to improve model efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models, focusing on Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, VAEs, etc. ).
• Train and fine‑tune machine learning models using deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Develop and optimise NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Modelling applications.
• Work with large‑scale datasets to preprocess, clean, and annotate data for AI/ML models.
• Deploy AI models into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications.
• Research and stay updated with emerging trends in AI/ML and Generative AI to improve model efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong understanding of Generative AI models.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5 Llama, etc. ) and fine‑tuning pre‑trained models.
