Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience working directly with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• 1–2 years hands‑on experience using the LangChain framework to build GenAI apps.
• 2–3 years of core experience with machine learning concepts and modern fine‑tuning methodologies.
• 1–2 years hands‑on experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• 2–3 years professional coding experience in Python with adherence to PEP8.
• 1 year experience with Docker for model isolation and deployment.
• 1–2 years experience with Git and version control.
• Comfortable working natively in the terminal for development, automation, and deployment tasks.
