Job summary

Vaiticka Solution is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to build an enterprise-grade AI interviewing and candidate assessment platform. You will work on LLM-based interview intelligence, candidate evaluation, fraud detection, computer vision, speech processing, and AI-driven scoring systems.

Responsibilities include building production-grade models, implementing RAG and embeddings, and integrating multiple AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in AI/ML development with hands-on production experience.
• Experience building production AI applications.
• Strong Python and FastAPI implementation experience.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG and embeddings.

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune AI/ML models for candidate assessment and interview scoring.
• Develop LLM-based question generation, follow-up questioning, and response evaluation.
• Implement RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and structured AI workflows.
• Develop computer vision capabilities for identity verification, liveness, and suspicious activity detection.
• Work with speech-to-text, audio analysis, transcripts, and interview intelligence.
• Build scalable AI APIs using Python/FastAPI.
• Optimize model accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or open-source models.
• Design evaluation frameworks to reduce hallucination and scoring bias.
