Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML/Data Science.
• Strong hands-on Python experience and ML model development.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms and statistics.
• Experience with Pandas/NumPy/Scikit-learn and other Python ML libraries.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills; ability to translate business problems into data science solutions.
• Experience with ML deployment / MLOps is preferred.
• Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) experience is beneficial.
• Experience with Generative AI / LLM / RAG is a plus.

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced AI/ML Data Scientists with strong expertise in machine learning, Python, statistics, and data science. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing ML/AI solutions and should be comfortable working with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Understand business problems and translate them into data science and machine learning solutions.

Gather and analyze requirements from business and technical stakeholders.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and statistical analysis.

Develop and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, and other use cases.

Apply appropriate ML algorithms and evaluate model performance.

Work on Generative AI, LLM, RAG, NLP, or AI-based solutions where applicable.

Develop Python-based data science solutions and reusable ML pipelines.

Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.

Deploy ML models into production and monitor model performance.

Conduct model tuning, validation, and performance improvement.

Communicate technical findings and model outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
