Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect to lead enterprise AI/ML initiatives from design through deployment.

You will design and develop AI/ML solutions across AIOps, anomaly detection, clustering and capacity prediction, and lead Conversational AI efforts including chatbots and virtual assistants. You will leverage LLMs, GenAI, NLP and NLU for enterprise use cases, define conversational flows, intents and entities, and integrate bots with APIs, databases and

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of AI/ML experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience in AIOps, Machine Learning and Anomaly Detection.
• 5+ years in Conversational AI / chatbot design and development.
• Strong Python skills with Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in NLP, NLU, LLMs and GenAI.
• 5–7 years of DevOps/SRE experience.
• Experience with Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana and/or Datadog.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, web services and system integration.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Mandatory Skills:
