Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative and highly skilled AI Media Consultant to lead AI‑driven content creation for our LMS ecosystem. This role requires an expert who can leverage advanced AI tools to design high‑quality academic media assets—including videos, animations, interactive content, graphics, and curriculum‑aligned digital modules.

The ideal candidate will manage the complete AI & Media Production function, including AI content creators, asset designers, editors, and video creators, ensuring that all outputs meet academic, technical, creative, and branding standards.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands AI in education, EdTech media workflows, instructional design, and multimedia production, and can build a scalable AI‑powered content pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Driven Content Strategy & Innovation
   • Lead the development of AI‑powered content for the LMS, including:
     • AI‑generated videos
     • AI voiceovers
     • AI illustrations, animations, and 3D elements
     • AI‑driven lesson visualizations, quizzes, and interactive modules
   • Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools (e.g., Sora, Runway, DID, Pika, Midjourney, Kaiber, Synthesia, Colossyan, and generative AI workflows).
   • Develop AI content standards, templates, quality parameters, and technical guidelines for the academic team.
2. Leadership & Team Management
   • Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary media production team:
     • AI Content Creators
     • Motion Graphic Designers
     • Asset Designers
     • Video Editors
     • Video Creators
   • Set workflows, timelines, output expectations, and quality metrics for each team.
   • Conduct regular training on AI tools, production workflows, content quality, and efficiency optimization.
3. LMS-Centric Media Production
   • Ensure all media assets meet LMS compatibility standards (file formats, compression, sequencing, metadata, accessibility).
   • Work with SMEs, teachers, and content developers to convert lesson plans into visually engaging AI content.
   • Integrate AI‑generated multimedia into structured learning modules and assessments.
4. Quality Assurance & Content Review
   • Review all AI‑generated materials for accuracy, clarity, academic alignment, and visual quality.
   • Maintain consistency in branding, tone, visual style, and educational appropriateness.
   • Ensure legal compliance regarding AI‑generated assets, copyright, and ethical content use.
5. Process Optimization & Automation
   • Develop scalable pipelines for AI‑assisted media creation.
   • Build asset libraries (characters, scenes, audio, templates, animations) for rapid LMS deployment.
   • Automate repetitive workflows using AI and productivity tools.
6. Collaboration with Product & Technology Teams
   • Work with the Product/LMS team to integrate media assets seamlessly.
   • Collaborate with the Academics team to ensure content accuracy and pedagogy alignment.
   • Provide feedback to improve the LMS interface for multimedia experiences.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Media, Digital Design, Animation, AI/ML, Education Technology, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• 3–7+ years of experience in digital media production, EdTech content creation, or AI‑driven content development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AI content tools:
  • AI Video: Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Sora, DID, Colossyan
  • AI Image/Assets: Midjourney, DALL•E, Leonardo, Stable Diffusion
  • AI Audio: ElevenLabs, Adobe Podcast
  • Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve
• Previous experience in an LMS, EdTech, digital academic content, or e‑learning organization is preferred.
• Strong understanding of pedagogy, instructional design, and K–12 content styles.
