Qualifications

• 8+ years of total experience in enterprise AI/solutions.
• 1+ years in AI/agent-based solutions.
• Degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA or equivalent.
• Microsoft AI certification preferred.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and AI agent development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#).
• Hands-on Azure AI Foundry and AI/ML services.
• Strong understanding of agent-based architectures and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Job description

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and agent-based frameworks
• Develop and oversee intelligent agent development using Microsoft Agent Framework / Semantic Kernel (Python or C#)
• Drive solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery across AI initiatives
• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals
