Qualifications

• Strong foundation in NLP, IR, and document processing.
• Experience defining and enforcing MLOps standards and pipelines.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML and applied LLM systems.
• Proven track record designing large-scale AI platforms.
• Experience with OCR and document parsing frameworks.
• Knowledge of document indexing, chunking, and metadata design.
• Experience with search tech and vector databases (Azure AI Search, OpenSearch).
• Hands-on with MLOps tools (MLflow, Azure ML, Kubeflow).
• CI/CD for ML using Git-based pipelines.
