Role Overview

The AI Intern will assist in leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics to support environmental conservation, biodiversity research, community outreach, and organizational impact measurement. The intern will work closely with project teams to develop innovative AI-based solutions for environmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and interact with local communities to identify environmental challenges.
• Collect and document environmental data through surveys, interviews, observations, and public datasets.
• Research local issues such as waste management, water scarcity, pollution, erosion, landslides, flooding, and biodiversity conservation.
• Analyze collected data using AI, machine learning, and data analytics tools.
• Develop and test AI-based solutions to address environmental and community problems.
• Assist in drone-based mapping, environmental monitoring, and data collection projects.
• Create reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations of findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical teams, environmental experts, and stakeholders on ongoing projects.
• Monitor the performance and impact of implemented solutions and suggest improvements.
• Support awareness programs and workshops to educate communities about environmental sustainability.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and environmental innovations that can be applied to local challenges.
• Contribute innovative ideas for new projects that create positive environmental and social impact.
