Qualifications

• 5-7 years of CV/app development experience.

Quest Global is seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Technical Lead to drive innovation and deliver impactful, scalable solutions tailored to our customers’ needs. In this pivotal role, you will develop, design and lead solution implementations that enhance our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Technical

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using key libraries and frameworks, guiding end to end deployment.
• Implement responsible AI frameworks to ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI principles.
• Exhibit technical expertise with a variety of API technologies, including Python libraries, REST APIs and demonstrate capabilities to clients.
• Good knowledge of Computer vision algorithms with hands-on experience in OpenCV.
• Deep Learning knowledge within computer vision space (Object detection, semantic segmentation)
• Apply advanced techniques like quantization, pruning, and distributed training for performance optimization on edge or cloud systems.

Soft Skills

• Engage as a trusted technical advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and identifying technical value-add opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to identify solution opportunities and support in creating proposals and present solutions.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators for solutions, driving continuous improvements and implementing remediation plans as needed.

Experience

Work Experience

• 5-7 years’ experience in developing computer vision applications/Image Processing
• Deep understanding of Computer Vision and experience in implementing solutions using Deep Learning and Computer Vision.
• Programming fluency in Python, C/C++
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like Caffe, Tensorflow, PyTorch etc.
• Hands on experience working with images acquired using monocular, stereo and depth cameras. Experience in using traditional image processing methods for image quality improvement
• Experience with developing sensor fusion algorithms
• Experience designing and implementing segmentation algorithms based on depth or texture data
• Experience with image quality metrics and evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in prioritization and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
