Job summary

Zycus is seeking a hands-on graduate to design and ship AI-powered automations, agents, and internal tools that support marketing, demand generation, BD, and sales. You will work at the intersection of engineering and GTM to deliver practical solutions that turn code into pipeline and revenue impact.

You will build with Python across front-end and back-end stacks, leveraging low-code/no-code tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate workflows into usable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered automations, agents, and internal tools to help the marketing and demand generation teams operate at scale.

• Support business development and sales motions by developing systems that improve GTM execution and productivity.

• Create practical solutions using a mix of Python, front-end and back-end technologies, and low-code/no-code automation tools.

• Work closely with marketing, BD, and sales stakeholders to understand workflows and translate them into usable internal products.

• Design and ship lean, effective GTM systems with a strong focus on usability, speed, and business impact.

• Continuously improve campaign, content, and pipeline operations through automation and AI-first thinking.
