Job summary

Nuvexa Biotech seeks an AI Generalist & Implementation Lead to build, implement, and automate practical AI systems across the company in Attibele, Bengaluru Urban. You will work with founders and cross-functional teams to replace manual work with AI-powered workflows.

The role requires hands-on experience building AI tools and dashboards, with a focus on practical deployments, governance, and training non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar APIs.
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Dify, or Flowise.
• Basic coding ability in Python, Google Apps Script, APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Knowledge of RAG systems, embeddings, vector databases, and document-based AI assistants.
• Strong prompt engineering and structured-output design skills.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools (Canva AI, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
• Ability to build dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar.
• Ability to explain AI systems clearly to non-technical teams.

Nuvexa Biotech is looking for an AI Generalist & Implementation Lead who can build, implement, automate, and train teams on practical AI systems across the company.

This is not a theoretical AI role. We are looking for someone who has actually built AI tools, workflows, agents, automations, dashboards, apps, or internal systems.

The selected candidate will work directly with the founders and teams across marketing, D2C, operations, finance, quality, supply chain, HR, business development, and exports to identify manual work and replace it with reliable AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct AI opportunity audits across all departments.
• Build AI workflows, agents, dashboards, and automation systems.
• Create AI-powered tools for marketing, operations, quality, finance, HR, exports, and management reporting.
• Build RAG-based internal knowledge systems using company documents.
• Develop AI-powered content pipelines for ads, social media, SEO, product listings, email, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Build and manage automated competitor monitoring, review mining, regulatory alert, and reporting agents.
• Create AI tools for SOPs, CAPA reports, deviation reports, complaint analysis, vendor comparison, inventory alerts, and MIS reports.
• Train non-technical teams to use AI tools effectively in daily work.
• Build prompt libraries, AI playbooks, and internal AI usage guidelines.
• Track AI adoption, time saved, output quality, and ROI.
• Define AI governance, data handling rules, quality checks, and human-review processes.

Required Skills

• Build and deploy the first 3 AI systems.
• Train teams on practical AI usage.
