Job summary

Digital Nest in Hyderabad (Hitech City) is seeking an AI Generalist. The role targets builders and fast learners to design AI agents, automate workflows, and research new AI advances. You will teach teammates about AI and drive practical AI-powered improvements across departments.

The ideal candidate enjoys experimenting with multi-agent systems, MCPs, and automation tools like n8n, Zapier, and Make, while collaborating with business tools and CRMs to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Freshers or 0-3 years experience in AI-related roles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new AI tools and workflows.
• Interest in building AI agents, automations, and enterprise AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents for business use cases.
• Create AI-powered sales agents and productivity workflows.
• Work on lead qualification, follow-ups, CRM automations, and AI communication systems.
• Build internal copilots and workflow assistants.
• Experiment with multi-agent systems.
• Build automations using APIs, webhooks, and workflow tools.
• AI Workflow Systems with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Cursor, etc.
• Explore MCPs and AI integrations.
• Integrate AI with business tools, CRMs, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, Meta, Zoho, etc.
• Create AI-powered dashboards, reporting systems, and operational workflows.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI Agents, MCPs, Prompt Engineering, AI Automation, and Generative AI.
• Conduct internal AI workshops and learning sessions.

• Create SOPs, tutorials, AI usage guides, and documentation
• Simplify AI concepts for non-technical teams
• Business & Growth Support Assist teams with AI-assisted market research
