Beyond Border Consultants is seeking a senior creative lead to orchestrate AI-driven short-form and episodic content for OTT and microdrama formats.

You will collaborate with AI prompt engineers, voice artists, and animation teams to craft AI-powered scenes using Runway, Pika, Sora, and Adobe Firefly, directing visuals from concept to final cut while meeting retention and engagement metrics.

Responsabilités

• Lead the creative vision and execution of AI-assisted short-form and episodic content—from concept to final cut—for OTT and microdrama platforms.
• Collaborate with AI prompt engineers, voice artists, and animation teams to generate and refine script-to-screen AI-powered scenes using Runway, Pika, Sora, and Adobe Firefly.
• Direct, edit, and sequence AI-generated visuals into emotionally compelling narrative arcs that meet platform-specific engagement metrics.
• Optimize content for algorithmic discovery by aligning pacing, hooks, and character-driven beats with OTT platform analytics and viewer retention KPIs.
• Manage post-production workflows including AI voice dubbing, background scoring, captioning, and A/B testing variants for performance.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI filmmaking tools and trends, experimenting with new modes of AI collaboration to push creative boundaries.
