Job summary

INPRO is seeking a hands-on ML Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning models in Pune. You will work with structured and unstructured data, perform preprocessing and feature engineering, and collaborate with software teams to integrate models into applications.

Job description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms
• Work with structured and unstructured data for model training and evaluation
• Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to integrate ML models into applications
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed
• Document experiments, models, and results clearly
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML tools, frameworks, and best practices.
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of deep learning concepts
• Experience with data analysis tools like NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib/Seaborn
• Familiarity with SQL and basic database concepts
• Understanding of model evaluation metrics and validation techniques
