Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or platform engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Agent-based architectures.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed AI platforms in production.
• Strong background in AI Platform Architecture, API design, and microservices.
• Expertise in MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing AI evaluation, testing, quality assurance, and observability frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI telemetry, monitoring, and reliability engineering principles.
• Experience building reusable enterprise platform services rather than standalone applications.
