Job summary

Vola Finance in Bengaluru is seeking a product leader to define the product vision and strategise the roadmap with stakeholders. You will identify core user segments, design offerings, and run A/B tests to optimise performance.

You will work across teams to gather data, implement AI features including LLM, multi-agent AI, and NLP models, and monitor outcomes using observability practices. Experience with FASTAPI, Swagger, and Postman is required.

• Experience with API tools such as FASTAPI, Swagger, and Postman.

• Defining North star goals, handling the Data sanity and taking ownership on end to end product building lifecycle
• Identify the core user segment and design the product offerings, and run A/B testing
• Understand the Customer behaviour and patterns, and tweak the necessary offerings
• Implement LLM, Multi agentic AI and NLP models for product enhancements
• Benchmark competitors and conduct surveys and usability tests
• Experience with API tools such as FASTAPI , Swagger, and Postman
• Team player who can work with cross-functional teams to gather data and derive insights
