Job summary

Thales Bangalore is seeking a software engineer to design and implement robust backend services using Java/Spring Boot, and frontend work with React. You will contribute to AI-enabled product development, ensure scalable microservices, and collaborate in an Agile environment across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript with hands-on experience in modern microservices architecture.
• Experience building REST APIs and AI-enabled workflows.
• Expertise in AI solution patterns including agentic architectures and RAG pipelines.
• Understanding of memory management, planning, tool orchestration, and model evaluation.
• Proficient in React frontend and Spring Boot backend development.
• Comfort with PostgreSQL and SDLC tools (Git, Agile).
• Familiarity with building automated QA and quality gates.
